About the role

As the Head of Product of LessonUp, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's product strategy. You define, organize and lead a product team with a guided mission, clear goals and execution in order to develop our platform and launch new features. You will work closely with customer success, engineering, design, and sales teams to gather and prioritize customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and direction.

  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap.

  • Define and prioritize product and customer requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop our platform and launch new features.

  • Measure and report on key product metrics and performance indicators.

  • Manage stakeholders and provide leadership and guidance to ensure team success.

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, education, business).

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS product management; EdTech experience is a plus.

  • Proven track record of launching successful products.

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success.

  • Familiarity with education technology trends and best practices is a plus.
